I accept a wide variety of insurance companies.  Check with your policy to see how they cover for behavioral health.  Ask about deductible, copay and coinsurance information.

Your fee responsibility is dependent on your insurance.  At each session, expect to pay for any deductibles, copays or coinsurances.  The office will bill your insurance company directly.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  In respect of the time set aside for you, there is a session fee for missed or broken appointments.  This fee is generally not covered by health insurance.
